Common questions

Do I need to be a developer to join?
No. Any freelancer, web designer, digital marketer, or agency that recommends software to clients can join. The program is open to anyone.
Does my client need to know I earn a commission?
We recommend disclosing your referral relationship to clients. Good practice, builds trust. Your commission comes from Pulse Support — not a markup on the client's price.
How long does the referral cookie last?
Referral attribution is tracked for 30 days. If your referred visitor signs up and pays within 30 days of clicking your link, the referral is credited to you.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, typically within 7 business days of month-end. You'll need a valid payout email set up before payouts begin.
What happens if a client cancels or downgrades?
Commission is only paid on active, paid subscriptions. If a client cancels, commission stops from the following month. Downgrades adjust to the lower plan rate.
