Raising a tracking dispute
If you believe a referral was not correctly attributed, include the following in your email:
- The client's sign-up email address (if you know it)
- Approximate date of sign-up
- How you shared your referral link (email, message, website, etc.)
We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Payout issues
Payouts are sent automatically on the 1st of each month. If you did not receive a payout notification email, first check:
- Your payout notification email is set correctly on your partner dashboard.
- Your payout account details have been verified — unverified accounts are skipped each run.
- Your unpaid balance meets the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard.
If everything looks correct and you still haven't received a transfer by the 3rd of the month, contact us at team@pulsesupport.co.za with your account email and we'll investigate.
Account issues
If you're locked out of your account or need to change your email, use the normal sign-in page reset flow or email team@pulsesupport.co.za.
Feedback and suggestions
We're actively improving the partner program. If you have a suggestion — better tracking, a new commission tier, API access — send it to the email above. We read everything.
